At Cocoroco, we want you to feel happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, here’s how our refund policy works:

  1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to provide any reason.

  1. Conditions for a Refund

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 30 days.

  • It must be unused and in perfect condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including tags and accessories if applicable.

  • It must not be a personalized product.

  1. Non-refundable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Discounted or promotional items.

  • Items showing signs of use or damage due to mishandling.

  1. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to: camilac.cocoroco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Once the request is approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the mistake was ours).

  1. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 30 days using the same payment method used in the purchase.

  • No additional fees will be applied.

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or a different product than what you ordered, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving it. We will cover the return and replacement shipping costs.
