• As artisanal products, availability may vary.

3. Prices and Payments

• All prices are listed in Colombian pesos (COP) or in the currency selected on the website.

• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

• We accept payments through secure platforms. Your card information is never stored by Cocoroco.

4. Shipping

• We offer national and international shipping. Delivery times and rates vary depending on the destination.

• Cocoroco is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information.

5. Exchanges and Returns

• We accept exchanges within 30 days of purchase, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging.

• Personalized products are non-returnable.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the error is attributable to Cocoroco.
